• Discounts
  We offer a 5% discount on stays of three or four nights and a 10% discount on stays of five nights or longer.

• Deposit
  For stays of one night we require payment in advance. For longer stays we require a 50% deposit.
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, travelers checks and cash. Personal checks may be used for deposit payments, but must be received at least 14 days prior to your stay.

• Cancellation
  Due to the limited number of rooms we ask that you notify us of a cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. The deposit will be refunded less a $25 service fee.
  Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless your room is rebooked.

• Check-in/Check out
  Check-in is between 3:30 and 6:30 pm. Please call if you will be arriving later than 6:30 so we can make arrangements.
  Check-out time is 10:30 am.
