• Rates are subject to Maine's 7% lodging tax.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two.
• Minimum stay is two nights.

• Discounts
  We offer a 5% discount on stays of three or four nights and a 10% discount on stays of five nights or longer.

• Payment
  We require a 50% deposit to make a reservation. The deposit may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by check. For the final bill we also accept traveler's checks and cash.

• Cancellation
  Due to the limited number of rooms we ask that you notify us of a cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. The deposit will be refunded less a $25 service fee. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless your room is rebooked.

• Check-in/Check out
  Check-in is between 3:30 and 6:30 pm. Please notify us if you will be arriving earlier than 3:30 or later than 6:30. Check-out time is 10:30 am.
